As the rabbi’s right-hand person, you’ll manage a wide range of responsibilities—from spearheading innovative educational, cultural & spiritual programming; to running large scale community events, trips and initiatives; to engaging high-level donors, some of the NYC Jewish community's greatest lay leaders; to overseeing the rabbi’s communications and agenda with members and supervising the executive assistant’s work.
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is up for a challenge. You’re the kind of person who anticipates needs, takes initiative, and gets things done with precision and care. Passionate about building innovative Jewish community, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating impactful experiences that impacts thousands of people annually.
Hebrew proficiency and tech-savviness (photography, videography, podcasting, social media) are a plus, as is a knack for thinking creatively about community engagement.
Compensation and benefits:

Salary range is $80-100,000, with flexibility for expanded responsibilities.
