This role is a unique opportunity to build and lead a talent acquisition function in a fast-paced, high-growth, start-up environment. In addition to full-cycle recruiting, the Corporate Recruiter will lead campus outreach efforts, build an internship program, and oversee all external staffing vendor relationships—including contingent workforce partners supporting our manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and thrives in a hands-on,
independent role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all company positions across corporate, engineering, manufacturing, and leadership functions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and execute effective sourcing strategies
- Recruit across all levels of the organization—from hourly direct labor roles to highly technical and PhD-level talent
- Lead the development and execution of a college and technical school recruiting strategy
- Build and manage an internship program to attract early-career talent
- Consolidate and manage all external recruiting vendors, placement agencies, and contingent workforce partners
- Champion the company’s employment brand and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Maintain and optimize recruiting workflows within Greenhouse (ATS)
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics and hiring goals
- Ensure compliance with all hiring-related regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth or start-up environment
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) – required
- Proven success recruiting for a wide range of roles from hourly to executive, including technical and advanced-degree candidates
- Experience managing or building college/university recruiting programs
- Strong experience working with and managing contingent labor and external staffing partners
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment
- Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS systems
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work model: 3 days per week on-site in Brickell, FL
- Occasional travel for recruiting events, campus visits, or vendor meetings
