Concierge & Administrative Services Manager to oversee our concierge operations and support the Vice President of Independent Living in delivering outstanding service to our residents.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of concierge professionals, creating a welcoming environment for residents and guests, resolving escalated concerns, coordinating day-to-day administrative operations, and ensuring service excellence across our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach the concierge team, providing daily support, training, and performance management.
- Ensure a professional, organized, and resident-focused atmosphere is consistently upheld at all concierge desks and lobby areas.
- Coordinate schedules, staffing needs, and coverage for open shifts.
- Conduct regular team meetings and monthly in-service training.
- Assist the Vice President of Independent Living with administrative support, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Serve as the liaison to the valet vendor and manage parking assignments.
- Maintain accurate resident lists, directories, and internal documentation.
- Create visually engaging flyers and invitations for residents using Canva, Publisher, or similar tools.
- Troubleshoot resident concerns and follow up to ensure resolution.
What You'll Need
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of office management or administrative experience; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, and/or Publisher, and adaptable to various software platforms.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as needed throughout the day.
- Ability to lift to 30 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs., and operate standard office equipment.
