Principal Responsibilities:
- Welcoming participants, members, staff and guests into the building
- Making sure front area is secure
- Answering phones and directing calls to proper person/department
- Keep front desk clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies
- Checking participants, guests and staff in for according to current COVID-19 health regulations
- Answer all customers' questions and address their complaints
- Verifying members with their key cards
- Taking payments for activities, memberships and guest passes
- Assist with bulk mail delivery and other activities as assigned by the supervisor
- Responsible for helping to schedule appointments for food pantry and physical education activities for guests and members according to NYS Health & CDC regulations
- Responsible for the sign-in and sign-out book for After School (ASP) and Physical Education Programs
- Responsible for afternoon dismissal/parent pick-up of ASP children from the front desk

- Availability: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM; AND possible Sunday coverage when needed.
Salary:
$45,000 - $55,000
