Off days: Thursday & Fri
Hours: 8am – 5pm
OT: Scheduled as needed.
Job Description:
As part of a diverse and hardworking group of Human Resource (HR) specialists, you will triage and respond to general inquiries from the entire Blue Origin population utilizing our case management tool, triage cases to the correct owners, provide customer support for employees and members of HR, and investigate inquiries. A standard day will involve a diverse range of activities including responding to HR inquiries, processing HR-related tasks, rectifying time clock discrepancies, assisting with onboarding tasks, providing onsite support to employees, and performing additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related fields
1+ years of HR or customer support
Experience supporting HR general inquires
Case management experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture
of inclusion
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or
lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Desired:
2+ years of HR experience
Experience using Workday as a HRIS
Experience with Time & Attendance in Workday is a plus.
Experience using Jira
