As a Property Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the community, ensuring our property operates seamlessly and thrives. Your ability to lead with strategy, foster strong relationships, and maintain exceptional living experiences will set the tone for both residents and team members. By overseeing daily operations, enhancing resident satisfaction, and upholding high standards, you'll help maintain the Greco Seal of Approval, where every property has its own story and personality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the on-site team to drive success.
- Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and control expenses.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and handle resident concerns professionally.
- Oversee daily operations, property maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor leasing activity, occupancy rates, and implement marketing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Utilize property management software and Microsoft Office for reporting.
- Identify opportunities for property improvements and revenue growth

Requirements:
- Managed a team and energized that team to be successful
- Assembled and operated within a budget, can understand a balance sheet and P&L
- Continually provided an outstanding Customer Service experience even while dealing with difficult problems or customers
- Passionate about your results, coworkers, company and family
- Integrity - make sound decisions while recognizing the priorities of each stakeholder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A burning desire to compete and succeed
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Office
- Previous Property Management Experience is required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required.
