This position entails the following responsibilities:
- Facilitate full-cycle, multi-stage interview processes, collaborating closely with candidates to schedule their remote and on-site interviews
- Determine appropriate interview lineups and coordinate candidate schedules with interviewers
- Maintain accurate and timely data in our applicant tracking system
- Collect and process interview feedback while maintaining discretion
- Ensure candidates have a positive experience during their interview process
- Greet and manage onsite administration for candidates visiting our New York offices
- Ad-hoc project support
The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting
- Bachelors in any field
- Excellent attention to detail and strong foresight
- Experience in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Initiative to follow through on tasks and problem solve solutions in real time
- Ability to prioritize planned work with real-time partner support
- Driven by process and systems-minded
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Preferred skills: Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, sophisticated functions and formulas)
