WGY Travel is growing—and we’re looking for a polished, well-connected, and travel-obsessed Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Concierge to join our high-performing team in Downtown Miami. This is an in-person, full-time position for someone who thrives on detail, discretion, and delivering the extraordinary.
You won’t just be planning trips—you’ll be building trust with high-profile clients, representing us at global events, and shaping what luxury travel looks like for the next generation.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary advisor for VIP clients, creating bespoke, end-to-end itineraries with impeccable service
- Build strong relationships with global hotel partners, luxury vendors, and private aviation teams
- Represent WGY Travel at international trade shows and exclusive hospitality events
- Anticipate client needs before they’re spoken—always elevating the experience
- Leverage your network to open doors, gain access, and deliver once-in-a-lifetime moments
- Collaborate with a passionate in-house team to execute flawless experiences

Who You Are:
- 4+ years in luxury hospitality, high-end travel, or UHNW lifestyle management
- A true traveler—with firsthand international experience and a global mindset
- Fluent in VIP client service, and cool under pressure
- Well-connected in the luxury hospitality space (and always growing your network)
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency required)
- Sabre GDS experience is a strong advantage
- Based in—or willing to relocate to—Miami, FL (this is not a remote role)
