Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Analyst located in Miami, FL. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data and trends, creating comprehensive P&L reports, budget preparation and analysis, and providing insights to improve organizational operations. Additional responsibilities include conducting market and financial analysis, collaborating with different departments to gather data, and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create comprehensive reports and presentations
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience in non-profit or social services industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL
