Principal Responsibilities:
The Savannah Jewish Federation is looking for an Campaign Administrator to coordinate fundraising activities. This position will assist in this organization's fundraising efforts, and responsible for data collection. This seasonal position requires competent Excel skills, excellent communication and written skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Duties Include:
Oversee the planning and execution of fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives;
Build and maintain relationships with individual solicitors and donors, corporate sponsors, foundations, and other stakeholders;
Provide regular reports on fundraising progress to the Executive Director and Board of Directors;
Analyze fundraising data to inform strategy and improve outcomes;
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all donor needs;
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma, Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines
High level of integrity and commitment to the mission of the organization
Physical Demands:
Responsibilities are typically performed in an office environment with the employee intermittently sitting, standing, walking, bending, pushing and pulling for up to three (3) - four (4) continuous hours at a time. Full range of hand and finger motion may be utilized for data entry purposes.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with education and work experience with a range of $20-25/hr. This position is 25-30 hours per week for the months of September 2024 through January 2025.
