Principal Responsibilities:
The
Member Services Associate is apart-time position who will staff the JCC's Central Information Desk. This person will provide excellent Customer Service and perform all tasks related to day-to-day operations in support of member services including but not limited to:
- Direct engagement with members & guests, meeting/greeting, and responding to questions.
- Checking in members and guests, managing reservations/cancellations, redeeming vouchers, etc.
- Answer multiple phone lines, check voicemail and return or forward calls to the correct staff
- Assist Member Services in recruitment, enrollment, retention, management of potential and current members.
- Become and remain familiar with the JCC website and email blasts in order to be up to date and able to communicate what is happening at the J.
- Database entry
- Execute sales, registration and monitor reports via our CRM.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or over
- Experience in customer service preferred with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
- Excellent communication skills-both verbal and writing
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM (training provided), basic computer skills
- Self-starter who is organized and able to take direction, prioritize and multi-task
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification preferred
