The salary for this role is $45,000. This job requires a minimum of two days per week in the office and the other three days of the week are remote.
What you will be responsible for:
You will primarily be responsible for answering calls from the Donor Services Hotline and will provide high quality service to donors where the answer is known or create a “case” in Salesforce for more experienced staff to resolve.
What you will be doing:
- Answer phone calls, voicemails, and emails directed to the Donor Services team
- Create general finance cases in Salesforce for accounts that require escalation
- Review pending gift instructions to ensure payments are being applied properly
- Participate in collections of open pledges as directed
- Communicate with JUF fundraisers where unclear transactions need clarity, provide support for inquiries from fundraisers
- Attend daily team meetings
- Serve as Contact Case Data Manager (CCDM) and participate in the Contact Quality Team (CQT) to support and maintain data integrity for Donor Services as well as for the whole organization
- Provide backup support for financial transactions, answering phone calls, and distributing or replying to voicemails as needed
- Support JUF Campaign and mandatory campaign-related activities on an ongoing basis
What you need to succeed:

- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Word and Excel skills
- Ability to become proficient in Salesforce, Adobe Pro Editor, and third party applications
- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, time management, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adaptable to a fast paced and ever-changing environment
- Physical requirements: sitting for long periods of time
- PREFERRED:
- Administrative, Customer Service, and/or Service Industry experience
- Familiarity with Salesforce
