What you'll be doing:
Responsible for inspecting, preparing and painting properties as identified.
Essential job functions:
- Inspecting walls, to identified project priorities
- Scraping, repairing and preparing walls to ensure surfaces are paint ready
- Priming and painting of walls
- Support JUF Campaign and mandatory campaign-related activities on an ongoing basis.
- Any other task ask by my supervisor
What you bring to the job:
- High school degree required, specialized technical education desirable.
- Ability to work in cramped spaces; have visual acuity; reasonable hearing; be mobile and read, understand, and speak English.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with people in a cooperative spirit.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Shift Hours:
- Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Compensation:
$27.00/hour
