Job Summary
You will be responsible foroverseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks for the Marketing and Fundraising departments.

What You’ll Do
- Responsible for all data entry and reporting within database (Network for Good)
- Oversee fundraising spreadsheets, responsible for reconciling them with Accounting Department
- Manage donation gratitude process (i.e. thank you calls, acknowledgement letters, tribute cards)
- Track pledge collection and regularly follow-up with donors to ensure timely payments
- Take accurate minutes of meetings
- Assist with all mailings and appeals by pulling lists and assisting with preparing materials
- Schedule team and committee meetings, prepare agendas and materials for meetings, and manage communications with committee members
- Assist with event registration and logistics
- Handle purchasing, vendor relations, and submit expenses for the Marketing & Fundraising Department
- Assists Chief of Communications & Fundraising with office support
- All other projects as assigned by supervisor

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer/database skills, willingness to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of organizational skills
- Ability to manage tasks, prioritize multiple assignments, execute work in an efficient and timely manner, and track and manage multiple work streams at once
- Strong attention to detail and ability to exhibit follow through on tasks and goals
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Team player mentality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
SALARY
This is a part-time, in-person position, 20 hours a week. Occasional nights and weekends, scheduled in advance.$18 per hour
