Aspire is looking for an enthusiastic Member Relations Partner (MRP) to join our dynamic team! As a MRP, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with our valued members. This position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to collaborate with various internal teams. The MRP will be responsible for ensuring member satisfaction, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities to enhance the overall member experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members through regular communication, meetings, and check-ins
- Act as the main point of contact for members, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing timely and effective solutions
- Collaborate with members to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services
- Liaise between members and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address member issues and provide comprehensive solutions
- Monitor and measure member satisfaction, gathering feedback and implementing improvements as necessary
- Proactively identify potential issues and work towards preemptive resolution to maintain high member satisfaction levels
- Manage and grow existing member accounts by identifying expansion opportunities and fostering long-term relationships
- Track and report on key account metrics, such as member retention rates and revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
- Proven experience in member relations, account management, or similar customer-facing role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with members
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about member needs and business objectives
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM/ LMS softwares like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Engager
Compensation:
- Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
