Position Overview
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a team of five senior executives. In this pivotal role, the Executive Assistant will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the leadership team. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, handling sensitive information with discretion and keeping priorities aligned across the executive group. The Executive Assistant will prepare materials, track key action items, and help drive team efficiency through thoughtful support and clear communication. This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who excels in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and brings a calm, solutions-oriented approach to every task.
Responsibilities Of The Executive Assistant
- Central Point of Contact: You'll provide exceptional support and serve as the central point of contact for the team, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Event Coordination: Take the lead in coordinating events and managing vendor relationships, contributing to the firm's seamless operation.
- Calendar Management: Keep your executive's calendar in tip-top shape, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
- Project Engagement: Contribute your talents to assigned projects, such as editing PowerPoint presentations for meetings, showcasing your versatility.
Required Experience/Skills for the Executive Assistant:
- Proven Experience: You must have 10+ years of demonstrated Executive/Administrative Assistant experience that shines on your resume.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Financial, Health Tech, or Not for Profit Services is a must.
- Tech Savvy: You have a strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, making you a valuable asset in our digital world.

- Bachelor's degree is required.
