Position: Head of Summer Camp (Rosh)
Key Responsibilities
- Organise and run camp programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for all participants
- Act as a role model and mentor to leaders (Madrichim),
- Step in to run activities in the event a staff member is unavailable
- Conduct daily Madrichim meetings every night
- Liaise with the head of site, deputy, and leaders regarding discipline and wellbeing of participants
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth-running camp and on-site logistics
Requirements
- Outstanding phone manner and customer relationship experience
- Substantial knowledge of Orthodox Jewish customs and practices
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
