We are seeking a professional and personable
Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors and clients, as well as supporting daily administrative functions for our team.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Maintain reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering office supplies
Assist other departments with clerical duties as needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
