We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Event Promotions Assistant to support our marketing and events team in executing brand-focused promotional campaigns. In this role, you will help coordinate logistics, engage with attendees, and ensure smooth operations at promotional events. Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and brand activations
Support event setup, logistics coordination, and breakdown
Engage with attendees to promote brand awareness and product information
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies
Maintain event inventory and ensure all promotional assets are available
Track and report event outcomes and customer feedback
Ensure brand consistency and professionalism at all times
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in event coordination, promotions, or customer-facing roles is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Comfortable working on-site at events, including occasional evenings or weekends
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
