We are seeking a highly organized and personable
Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This position plays a key role in setting the tone for all face-to-face interactions and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
Support administrative tasks as needed by different departments
Ensure visitor logs and security protocols are properly followed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or higher preferred)
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office software (MS Office, scheduling systems, email platforms)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
