What You’ll Do
Join our Anshe Emet Education Team to execute exciting Jewish youth events. You will work with the Education Team to receive information about events, support preparation, and be present to run the events.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Madrichim Program
- Organize and lead monthly teen huddles before Religious School
- Plan and run 2 Hadracha Sessions (teen professional and leadership development)
- Sundays 11:30am-12:30pm (dates subject to change):
- Sept 14 & March 8
- Send 1 weekly email to all madrichim
- Communicate with Religious School team and madrichim as necessary
- Support with madrichim programming during orientation & professional development days (dates subject to change)

- Am Yisrael High Facilitation (teen Jewish education)
- Work closely with clergy to support and/or lead sessions of Am Yisrael High
- Sundays 11:30am-12:30pm (dates subject to change):
- AYH 1: Oct 19, Oct 26, Nov 2
- AYH 2: Jan 25, Feb 1, Feb 8
- AYH 3: April 12, 26, May 3

Stipend
You will be paid $5,000 in total, payable in eight monthly installments from September through May, paid on the last business day of each month, subject to customary and required withholding for income taxes, FICA and related items.
Hours of Employment:
- Madrichim Coordination
- Sundays 8am-1pm while Religious School is in session
- Teen Events as they are scheduled on weekends and/or evenings
- Asynchronous work time
- Meetings with AES Staff
- Completing work as needed
