Who You Are:
Our hiring decisions are based on who you are, not only on what you can do. While skills are important, at Anshe Emet we hire the person and the skillset. Therefore, we are looking for someone who shares our core values:
- Mission: Our congregants are everything to us and customer service is our primary focus
- Teamwork: We work collaboratively to support one another.
- Pride: We don’t just work, we build.
- Relentlessness: We push limits, take risks, and learn.
- Integrity: We make it right no matter what.
- Ingenuity: We think outside the box.
- Tolerance: We are inclusive and value diversity.
- Introspection: We constantly reflect, seek growth, and pivot.
