JCC Association of North America is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the marketing team in executing and implementing various marketing campaigns and strategies for the organization. We are looking for a creative and driven individual who is passionate about marketing and has a strong understanding of various marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies that align with the organization's objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team in developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and social media content.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for the organization.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make necessary recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management systems.
- Act as a liaison between the marketing team and other departments within the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stay updated with industry trends and changes in the market to ensure the organization's marketing strategies are up-to-date.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining inventory of marketing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
