POSITION: Development Coordinator of Administration and Logistics

Summary Description Of Position
Reporting to the SVP of Development, this position serves as Administrative Coordinator to the Chief Development Officer, Deputy Chief Development Officer and Senior Vice Presidents. Handles confidential information and provides logistical leadership and coordination in support of JFEDLA development engagement events.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES
Provide direct executive assistant support to CDO and Deputy CDO, and administrative support to Development leadership team
- Maintain and coordinate department engagement calendar, both internally and externally.
- Provide oversight, coordinate execution of, and support all smaller scale development engagement events inclusive of contract and security requirements in accordance with company policy
- Work with development colleagues on assigned events to support all logistical elements of event execution, inclusive of site visits
- Work as needed to facilitate event promotions.
- Provide support on administration of internal and external financial documentation, inclusive of non-events contracts and departmental expense tracking
- Plan and coordinate scheduling for department leadership
- Serve as liaison between Development Leadership team and a variety of lay leaders, business contacts, executives and managers of other departments.
- Handle incoming personal and confidential correspondence and reports including composing responses.
- Research and present information on assigned projects, frequently of a highly sensitive nature, and assist in project implementation
- Exercise independent judgment regarding inquiries from the public
- Deal with highly confidential and sensitive material in a discreet manner
Additional Duties
Be available to supervisors for additional assignments, as required, including assisting with the Campaign.
Education & Experience Required For Position
- Must be able to work independently and handle highly confidential and sensitive materials in a discreet manner.
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational and technical skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills.
- Ability to be extremely flexible and to deal with multiple priorities and assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher).
- A hybrid work model will be implemented. This position must report to worksite on non-remote workdays.
