We are seeking a courteous and reliable
Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will maintain a welcoming environment while managing front-desk responsibilities with efficiency and discretion. This position requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, packages, etc.)
Maintain the reception area’s appearance and organization
Schedule appointments and maintain front desk calendars
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and supply ordering
Ensure security by following procedures and monitoring visitor logs
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth front office operations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or administrative training preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Dependable and punctual with a customer-first mindset
