LOCATION: Anywhere ADL has an Office
Grade/Class: Grade C, Non-Exempt, Non-Union. Temporary, Part-time role at 20 hours a week through 6/30/25.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Coordinator for Jewish Outreach and Partnerships will support the team during a critical implementation period as we wrap up the program year for our signature Kulanu: Synagogues in Action Against Antisemitism and transition to a year-round network model. The Coordinator will provide overall project support for program delivery, recruitment and development, as well as administrative support.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Provide communications support, including research and content development for Kulanu: Synagogues in Action Against Antisemitism and other initiatives as directed;
- Provide event management support, including developing and executing event production workflows for Kulanu cohort webinars and meetings and creating and maintaining a Zoom hub for previous recordings;
- Support Kulanu network recruitment, including internal coordination, applicant correspondence and prospect research;
- Content management of Canvas-based Kulanu portal.
- Other administrative and project management support as required.
Qualifications

- Strong project coordination, administrative, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills (including Canvas, AirTable, a plus).

- Excellent written communication skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in program coordination in a mission-driven organization.
- Strong familiarity with the organized Jewish community.
EDUCATION:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- ADL is a hybrid environment although this position can be done remotely.
COMPENSATION:
- This position is paid hourly at $25-30/hour with a maximum salary of $3,000 a month. Please note that actual salaries are commensurate with experience and reflect the budget for a given position, and since ADL has a location-based compensation structure, there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
